#2--but explain to them that you don't want anything serious, and you want to date around, that way if they don't grow on you, at least you can say you told them up front what you were looking for.

It would depend. Most of the time I get an accurate first impression, but there are times when it' wrong as well. I t would just depend on what it was that wasn't clicking.

This just happened to me and I'm crushed, but at least I found out early on.

The reason I said that is that this just happened to me, and believe it or not, he turned out to be a the best guy yet!!surprise, surprise...

Apparently, that's what happened with the last one. Best guy I dated in years. I could have really fallen for him. But he lost interest after a month.
But it is much better to end it rather than drag it out. That increases the odds that the one who it's clicking for to get really attached and totally heart broken. |
