The little dogs were sniffing 'round To win fair female over They yipped and yapped and wagged their tails They nipped and snapped and blew like sails To try to be her lover Big Dog sat and watched the show He knew they were no threat He knew this wasn't just a whim He knew that she belonged to him But hadn't told him yet Her love was finally declared Big Dog, he won her heart Now little dogs are having fits They're trying to tear Big Dog to bits They haven't learned their part

And you may have noticed - I am kind of protective of my friends as well.
