has anyone tried online relationship? you know, met someone online, developed the connection, fell in love maybe. All of that in here, no meeting up... just curious.

on line relationships are the wave of the future! When I was in high school i would meet girls from different towns online! tell mom I'm going to the mall and go 2 hours to j ville to meet some girls!!

a long time ago i "dated" a kid online. i say kid because we were in our early teens. i didn't know him, never seen a pic, and then he dumped me for a "real" girl. lol
i did date a guy in Germany, we saw each other maybe twice a year. basically dating online, via email, im, and video chats. it was really hard. but, if both parties are willing to make it work, and are honest, loyal, etc, it can be good!
i'm the kind of person who needs lots of physical contact, not just in a sexual way, lol, but you know, hand holding, kisses, hugs, etc. it was hard for me to not have any of that and made us rush things when we were together in person.
just be careful. it's easy to lie online (i say on an online dating site... )

of course .. I've dated online for 4 years and had a # of online relationships that turned into r/l.

I will say though that some were also ended once we met in person because I didn't feel the same once we spent time together in r/l.

Yes I have...Met a great guy online and I wouldn't trade for the world..He's on my mind night and day...we actually met...but having been talking for about 1 month...Take you time..

Never did it knowingly, but it did happen. While incredibly emotionally intimate, it was heart-wrenching and a time-waster in several other ways. I don't recommend it. Know the signs.

I have met several through singles sites. But, I was more then glad to leave. Still single. I need connection and attraction to make it work.

I have to admit that I have been doing this online thing for the 2 s year and I had the great pleasure of meeting two great guys and I actually dated them for at least and I dated both of them( at separate times) and they were great. The first one was going way too fast for me at that time and then when I started dating the recent guy im with I fell in love but unfortunately we have different life paths but I love him and I wish him the best and if we were to connect again in the future I hope that we can work out............
