Um, has this become an alienology topic now??

Sorry about that, I am trying to figure out who we were purchased from if we were "purchased by the blood."

I am guessing it was the ruling planetary prince or Lucifer or Satan ~~ but I am not sure who exactly he is ~~or if he can be identified as a reptilian or alien. (Assuming he is real.)

Do you have any thoughts?

from Morningsong:

"....When we redeem something, we buy it back! When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, they sold themselves and all who came after them to Satan. With the shedding of His blood, Jesus nullified that act and bought us back from Satan...."

Thank you MorningSong.

In a strange unorthodox way this makes sense to me if you look at the theory some have that the forbidden fruit was not a fruit at all, but the act of Eve being seduced by the serpent race (Satan) in the garden, and getting pregnant with her first son, ~Cain.

Then she had sex with Adam getting pregnant to paternal twins, Cain and Abel.

The sons of Cain were the "bad seed" and the sons of Abel were from Adam, God's chosen people.

This was a grave sin against the plan of the creator father who wanted to seed the earth with the Adam stock, a genetically improved human DNA that would uplift and improve the current privative humans now living on the planet.

The sin was a grave one not just because Eve ate some unknown fruit, but because her act of disobedience effected the entire plan of the creator to uplift humanity with the improved DNA stock.

So, the population of the earth became a mixture of the seeds of Cain (From the serpent race) and the seeds of Adam plus the varied seeds of other races living on earth.

All of human kind were now supporting the agenda of the Lucifer rebellion, by mixing with the sons of Satan genetically.

This "purchase by the blood" then, was for the return of the faithful who had unknowingly sinned (by being born into the midst of a rebellion) and having been born there, followed the rulers there, not knowing any better.

The bestowal of Christ Michael (Urantia Book) completes his training and gives him power over the universe and power over the earth;

Humans involved with the Lucifer rebellion are given pardon, so to speak, to return to the creator father.

Unless they choose to remain loyal to Lucifer.

The Bible states that we are slaves to sin. Jesus' blood bought us out of that bondage.

That actually makes sense if we (humanity) were born and had no choice but to live under the rule of the Lucifer rebellion.

P.S. Kind of like Americans living under the rule of the evil Bush Cartel, paying taxes to support the crimes of the CIA, the FED, FEMA, etc.

Do you support torture? If you support Bush and the CIA, you do. You pay taxes.

Not slaves to Satan...or Lucifer (although that name doesn't refer to Satan), the Bible teaches that we are slaves to sin. All of our sins spring from our own hearts, all Satan and his fallen angels can do is give a little push towards our natural inclination.

I don't believe that "sin" is our (mankind's) "natural inclination."

Besides, most Christians proclaim that we (all men and women) are freed from the bondage of sin by the death of Christ, so we are not slaves of sin unless we consciously choose evil, which is to work against humanity and all that is good.

I suppose some Christians believe that way, but I don't think that most do. That would be universal salvation and most Christians don't believe that doctrine. Jesus' sacrifice must be accepted. A slave who wants to be a slave cannot be freed.

"A slave who wants to be a slave cannot be freed."

No truer words were ever spoken. bigsmile

Universal Salvation would probably not work for the individual churches who seem to be fighting over which one is right and which one is wrong. I think that is about petty church doctrine and not about any spiritual truth of salvation.

I have seen so many churches do that. You are not saved unless you are a member here, or unless this church baptizes you etc.

That is illogical.

For Jeannie..

"....When we redeem something, we buy it back! When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, they sold themselves and all who came after them to Satan. With the shedding of His blood, Jesus nullified that act and bought us back from Satan...."

The wages of sin is death. The term ransomed means "saved" by the blood of the Lamb. The price was not money but "He who knew no sin became sin" for all of humanity.

Isa 53 says...

5 But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise Him;
He has put Him to grief.
When You make His soul an offering for sin,
He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days,
And the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in His hand.
11 He shall see the labor of His soul,and be satisfied.
By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many,
For He shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great,
And He shall divide the spoil with the strong,
Because He poured out His soul unto death,
And He was numbered with the transgressors,
And He bore the sin of many,
And made intercession for the transgressors.

If you can't see the great Love God had for Humanity then know this, in His death was also His ressurection power for us all to overcome in this life. In what the law was powerless to do, Jesus came to give ressurection power.

BTW...there is nothing mamby pamby about being a believer in Christ. I am not ashamed of my belief. It's the power of God for all who believe in the name of Jesus. God, in His love for us, made EVERY provision for our salvation.

That's really all you need to know. OK? ;)
