Ive tried giving blood but they said my veins collapse...too small or something....... And when I have blood tests they have to use the butterfly needle....they never believe me until they stab me 4 or 5 times!!!

barley grass juice is my life extremely high in amino acids and needed B-6 and B-12 vitamins. Take with absorbable complex protiens such as eggs and sunflower seeds. Very good.

Dear geriatric diary ...... my hands are stiff today , what will happen to me when I can no longer open the Bens Gay stuff?? Leave the cap off...and sit on it......it can squirt quite far.....then roll yourself around in it!!! Dont ask me how I know this!!!
