migraines.hmm. i know what those are like.but mine are invoked by low
blood sugar.all i do is sit in a room that has no sound and total darkness.when i feel sleepy i just curl up on the floor. in 3 hours no more migraine. |

I know your pain all to well imetrix helps but don't get rid of mine i
use a cold rag on my head and neck seems to help and total darkness and no sound,those things are awefull |
