its just a part of me much like someone with multipule personalities, but we just happen to understand each other some ^^ Yes, I like to cook I plan on becomeing a professional and own my own place ^^

Im not skitzo ^^ the darker side is just the bigger half of what and how I do things ^^ I have much to learn, I like learning new things in the kitchen ^^ I ask for complaints always lookig to improve my dishes and expand their capabilities ^^

I like spanish and italian cursines ^^ I know a few dishes in each but i dont really have a favorite thing to cook yet but I do know that I dont like aking.....to many mesaurements..

I like italian dont many spanish myself are you going to try and create a signature dish of your own I agree lots of measurements in baking now when it comes to aching there are way too many

well I learned most from my family but I do make my own creations favorite hhhmmmm well I make a mean italian herb chicken and fried chicken, not too bad either

I have never tried salmon I guess most of what I cook besides the italian herb chicken is just old fashioned comfort foods Now you dont like to bake but make much deserts?
