Just put it on to cook... if you put it on high, it'll be done for dinner. The chicken will be soft & flavorful flowerforyou

That's all you need, the chicken will be soft and tender...I don't put anything else in it, just put that over rice and it's delicious.

Stripping the Chicken may help some

Cooking on a low temp for an extended period should make things softer and also adding more liquids like broths or stocks

Sounds like my "Chicken Crapola". Add carrots, rice, celery, water, chicken broth, black pepper, sliced green olives, maybe some peas. It'll all soften while cooking and it's delicious. flowerforyou

Stripping is taking the meat off the bones and the getting rid of any fat, leaving just the meat into small thin strips

ok pull it out of the crock pot...and put it into a deep pan...add a little corn starch...1 cup of water...let this simmer for 1hour low-med heat stir occassionally.
in another pan put all veggies to boil.....aldente only
go to first pan and after its thickened add 1/2 cup of brandy... light on fire and stir it in....drain the second pan and combine the 2..
