told someone that you are going to call them, but never did? Never did it, but it's happened to me a number of times.

I've had it done to me before...and checking voice mail over and over again got old! LOL Now if they say they will call and they actually do, I'm pleasantly surprised!

YES. "I'll call you" just sometimes slips out...out of no where.. I don't know why that is... Isn't that horrible.
