If you want to go to a monogamous relationship with no condoms then you should go get tested TOGETHER. make it a sharing event. And Metina I get tested. Not because I'm a man whore (I wish) but because it is the responsible thing for any sexually active person to do. When I was young, you got something , they could cure it with drugs. Now a days, it can kill you. And when you finally find that special someone, do you want to have to tell them, "I love you and I have given you an incureable STD." GET TESTED. like this answer

ask them to get tested.......especially if i didnt know them very well and things started getting heavy and we wanted to take things further....and if they respect you they shouldnt have any problem doing it if they want to be with you!!!! why would you take things further with someone you don't know very well?

Some of these 'solutions' just sound painful... It's probably something that should be done as a "let's do this" rather than a "you do this."

I woke up this morning and my privates were bothering me. I took a look and WHAT DO YOU KNOW, CYBERHERPES. See what one of ya'll did. Soon it will spread through the whole site. Profiles will be deleted, the site will get quarantined. We'll be stuck here for months. All you had to do was go get tested. But NNNOOOOO!!!! I don't need to get tested. I don't have Cyber STD. NOT ME. Get tested.
