Topic: Does anyone else work from home? | |
---|---|
I have been working from home for about 8 months now and I still haven't got the hang of it. After 20 years of working in an office, I find it rather dull and so out of the loop of everything. I know there are advantages, but I am a people person and hate not being able to converse with someone face to face.
If you also work from home, how do you do it? |

I spend a couple hours a day in the office and do the rest from my truck and home. It keeps people on their toes to think I could walk in at any minute. I love to say I'll be out for the day and then pop in 20 minutes later.
I'm sure I would feel cut off too if I never actually saw the inside of the office at all. But at least you can do laundry while your faxing. |

Besides, I can't hurt another soul, even if its just taking their BP, and that cuff squeezes you so tight |

I do too but I do not find it hard at all. I am not into the office thing anyway though so makes a difference. I hated all the gossipy stuff that went on in the office. I get to spend my day with my cat and my dog, they are excellent company..lol
