yes the world would be a great place without wars...but that won't happen. you can't get the world to stop. it's not just the US
throughout history, our soldiers have given their lives for our freedom so we can discuss our views openly, so we can have freedom of religion, speech, etc. without this....would we be able to speak freely the way we are??? my dad died when I wa 7 in the service while on duty. as much as I miss not having him in my life...I'm VERY proud of him serving his country so I can sleep better at night and I can believe what i want |

last thing I will say is (again) because our soldiers put their lives on the line....we have the freedom to have open forums like this...and many other freedoms. the world won't change and it's a fantasy to think everyone will make love not war. but I'm proud to be in a country that fights for my freedom and to protect others
