OHHH, speaking of this, I had a terrible reaction to some really cheap kids lip balm. It was about 2 months ago. My lips still aren't healing up well. Does anyone have any idea of something I can use?

Now, lip balm makes my lips hurt and sting. But they are horribly chapped and if I don't use anything at all, they crack and bleed. The problem is that the chapping is up around the outside of the lips as well.

The reaction to the junky kids lip balm was that my lips and the skin around them developed a slight rash and had tiny blisters water blisters all over it. Kinda like those tiny water blister you get with a sun burn.

The skin has never healed properly and I'm getting really really tired of it.
I burned the devil out of my lips on a ski trip once. A friend gave me some tea tree oil and it healed them up in two days. I'm talking purple, blistered and raw raw raw here!

I have several things, I sorta just grab whatever sometimes and wash. But my most expensive I have is the Mary Kay cleanser with the daytime and nightime solution and then the cream.

I've had that happen with CoverGirl outlast twice. I've been using Vaseline before bed. It seem's to work the best but, no miracle's either.

Just looked at my face. I used baby oil last night to take off my make and my face does not look HORRIBLE. Usually, I don't bother to take it off. What a difference. I forgot how make-up is like cement!

I use clinique 3 step sets. The most impt thing to have a healthy skin is to keep it clean and not to expose urself in the sun without protection.

I treat my skin from inside out...fruit...water...no drugs...no smoking...a little alchohol...and a little brushing with the soft stuble of a sexy man adds just the right amount of rose to my cheeks  bigsmile
