Every spring or early summer the first few times I am in the sun I break out (forearms only) with a rash that dosen't go away until I have been in the sun for a few weeks.I can use some products to control the itching (which is worse at night). Or just refrain from scratching and eventually it subsides. Anyone else go through this?

My roommate gets the same symptoms seasonally. He and his brother have a weird remedy that seems to work well for them. They rub dandruff shampoo on the area and leave it there overnight. It always works for them. if you have the same thing going on, it's a remedy that doesn't hurt to try.

She would probably need to know which type of dandruff shampoo. Different brands have different active ingredients.

Dang, but I'm glad I don't have to suffer that. I'm just Heat Intolerant. Hot sunny summer days give me a headache, a stomach ache, make me feel horribly exhausted.

And we aren't talking something like the stage before heat stroke. I start to feel this way withing 15 minutes of going outside in the summer. I used to be able to last longer, but the humidity in the midwest makes it worse.
