Just simply do what all the women do to me. Ignore him. This seems to be the requisite JSH response from women who lack proper social skills. Or, you can just tell him you aren't interested in anything more than a friendship at this time. Say nothing else. Explainations tend to cause a mixup in the other persons mind and they believe you said that with the right guy things can be different. Just saying. |

Oh, I fully understand 100% and I'm really happy for you that he called and I hope you do work things out. Definitely it won't be fair to either one of us, and I want to thank you for your honesty and that's great, your honesty means a lot to me and I have no problem being just friends. I can't make you feel like crap, only you can do that. I was simply expressing that I REALLY think it sucks when someone calls themselves a friend to someone and they lie to their face/inbox/whatever.
