there are some crimes that are minor and people should get a second chance,but for the ones who kill people,rape kids,woman,abuse woman, stuff like that no they shouldnt get no rights at all

Well they still are american, and they do have rights taken away. Can't vote, can't buy firearms, usually have hard time finding a job, probably will end up back in jail at some point. They are punished by society, so what else would you like done to them?

there are some crimes that are minor and people should get a second chance,but for the ones who kill people,rape kids,woman,abuse woman, stuff like that no they shouldnt get no rights at all 2nd chance my freakin foot..THIS is how most people's minds work: "Oh gee I got away with stealing that empty car..I wonder if I'll get away with stealing the one with the baby left in the back seat etc etc etc"..Most people do not learn from their mistakes..they just increase them! |

They are punished by society, so what else would you like done to them? So a 30 year old man has the right to walk around the mall surrounded by kids even though he had raped a girl under the age of 18 previously? That's ok right? |
