Just wondering who you have paid your dollars, pounds, liras, pesos, drakmas, or sheckles to see in concert, and where?

Never thought I'd see Van Halen and Reba McIntire in the same concert list.
Also, I've seen: Hanson - 1998 Hanson - 1999 The Offspring, Cypress Hill - 2000 Radiohead - 2002 The Format, Limebeck, Steel Train, Reubens Accomplice - 2007 As well as several radio concerts with tons of people from Blink-182 to Limp Bizkit to Good Charlotte. |

Never thought I'd see Van Halen and Reba McIntire in the same concert list. Well, what about Motorhead, and Earth,Wind and Fire,and the Go-Go's on it? That's a much bigger difference..LOL Zilla... If I can remember seeing concerts b4 u were born...LOL then you can TRY to put some effort into it.. |

I swear I tried, but I think what I did at the concerts has clouded my memory, lol.
I also recall a Van Halen (Sammy) concert in Philly Bill Joel in Hartford, Ct and New Kids on the Block (was a date) at some amusement Park. I wanna see Avril and Gwen Stefani in the very near future somewhere.... Is that better? |

Yes, much better. And don't think you had it any easier than me..LOL. I have only seen TWO of those concerts completely sober.

I one time stopped to use a bathroom at a concert hall during a Hootie show in Daytona during Spring Break. Walked right in and then right out without anyone saying a word. bizarre

George Harrison in his only solo North American tour, for my 16th birthday.
Eric Clapton too many times to count. First American Idol tour with my kids. Heart, Boston (twice), Black Sabbath on the same ticket, Halloween show. B.B. King twice. Tommy Bolin 2-3 weeks before he died. Crosby, Stills and Nash at a baseball game, it was an embarrassment. Doobie Bros. couple of times. Chet Atkins. Gary Puckett, at the local casino, another embarrassment. The Turtles, same casino, great show. America, Mile Hi Stadium, oldies show-embarrassment, local casino-great show. Carole King. Passed out Taj Mahal. Poco-but I passed out. Willie Nelson. Waylon Jennings, Jesse Colter, Charlie Daniels. Marshall Tucker Band. Firefall. Bos Skaggs Leon Russell. Aerosmith. Rick Derringer. Jimmie Ray Vaughn. Blue Oyster Cult, years ago and 2 yrs ago. Spirit. Am I old or what? Recent music, Laith Al Saadi- phenomenal blues guitar player here in Michigan and Mid-west. |

saw David Cassidy when I was a kid in Hampton, VA 1965
Elvis Presley- 1972 Baltimore Civic Center In the 90's- Ray Davies of The Kinks at the Barns at Wolf Trap-3 times. 3rd time was my birthday and I was front row and he shook hands with people on the right side and started to go back stage and I said "Ray, please! He came back and I told him it was my birthday and he jumped off the stage and gave me a hug and a nice kiss! The Lovin Spoonful- minus Jon Sabastian- Montgomery county fair grounds Jon Sabastian-Nissan Pavillion in Manassas, Va- the same summer Rod Stewart- Nissan Pavillion Peter Noone, Davy Jones and Bobby Sherman-Nissan Pav. Teen Idol Concert.- I would rather have just seen Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits! Last but not least The Rolling Stones-Bridges to Babylon-Ral-Jon Stadium-now Fed-ex field 1996- front row! Perfect night. Boyfriend didn't drink too much, I made good Pork Shish(un)kabob(off the skewers) had great smoke, Cheryl Crow opened! It was awesome!! John Foggarty-Nissan Pavillion Los Lonely Boys-Baltimore Arts Fest last summer-Awesome!! Lee Roy Parnell-The Rams Head in baltimore guess that makes me the old one now!! |
