I like sleeping on the couch... I put my back against it- kind of gives me the feeling that something is there... and the dogs keep me company too! i normally sleep against the wall..but its the fact That NO ONE besides me is in the house right now. and it scares me |

i keep my window blinds open so the street light comes in. i cant sleep with music, cuz then i wont hear my alarm in the morning. i know i shouldnt be worried. but the guy down the street's dog scared me enough lastnight. that i'm freaked out. and dont wanna sleep

My job is stressful, sometimes it's hard to get to sleep, i'm a planner, what i've found that helps, i keep a small fan in my bedroom, concentrating on the sound of the fan helps keep my mind off the events of tomorrow. |

thanks for the ideas...i think i might just pull a movie allnighter, and crash after work tomorrow.

Hummmm well myself I just lay down don't have a problem going
to sleep. I turn on the tv to watch it within 10 minutes it is watching me instead. |

i listen to depressing music,it helps me sleep

I work 10 1/2 to 11 hours a day, eat, turn on the tv, relax in the recliner or lie on the couch with an afaghan and I'm out in about 10 min. But staying asleep is the problem. I'm usually up about 3AM due to one issue or another.
