the way my X hubs is with our youngest, i don't want anymore

i had my son when i was 20, my daughter when i was 21, and my youngest daughter when i was 26...if i wanted anymore kids, i'd have them before i turned 35

however, im good on monsters now, no need for anymore

How many do you want total, and what is the oldest age do you find acceptable to bear another child?

I like the number zero. It's nice and round.

I HAVE 2 , A 16YO DAUGHTER I WAS 29 WHEN SHE WAS BORN
AND A 6 YO SON,I WAS 40 WHEN HE WAS BORN

NO MORE PLEASE,40 IS PLENTY OLD ENOUGH TO HAVE KIDS.
IF IT WOULDVE BEEN MY CHOICE,I WOULDVE BEEN DONE AT ABOUT 32

I WOULDNT TRADE THEM FOR ANYTHING THObigsmile

I really want to have a kid, or 4. I always was told "Wait wait until later to get married and have kids" and I listened to all those married people with kids. So I have had adventures and many boyfriends and goodtimes and a pretty good life, but I really want a tiny bit of immortality and that can only come from having children.

I don't feel like I am running out of time but in reality I am sprinting out of time.

I think as long as you can concieve than you are at the intended age. Nature dictates.

I want to enjoy my children, and them enjoy playtime with me as well (not in the michael jackson way). I think I owe it to them to have a decent quality of life during their upbringing

Well you dont have to be in your twenties to achieve that. My mother had me late in life, she had me when she was 43 and had my little brother 3 years later.

We did benefit in many ways because both my parents were working professionals with solid careers and a patience that younger parents do not have.

Maybe they couldnt run marathons with me but I still grew up on the ball field and camping and hiking was a major part of my life...and they were there.

I just dont think youth is a guarantee that you are gonna give your child a quality life, that depends on the individual parent. I do know that my parents were together until their death and many people can not say that.
