Both men and women do not think I am 53 when I tell them so I feel 40 !. Some told me that exercising makes me look younger : I have no clue if this is true or not . !. Well you,Let us be the judges and get a pic up there.

I feel good, & look good, (in my mind). My only son is 28 years old. I feel like I am still 25. But, some of my best memories i have are at the age of 8 years old. i so enjoyed growing up in the 50's and 60's.

Feel good. Still get around well. Do alot of the things I did all my life. That age thing is just a number.
