We all have a real age based on our brithdays but how old do you really feel? I feel like Im still 18.nothing has really change in my mind. about the only time I feel older is when looking in the mirror.anyone feel the same? I feel like I'm 16 all the time.

Both men and women do not think I am 53 when I tell them so I feel 40 !. Some told me that exercising makes me look younger : I have no clue if this is true or not . !.

That is one thing I need to do. The pool in the complex will be opening soon and ther is no way I'll be there looking like I do right now .
