Yummmmmy and there even better roasted ...
Oven-Roasted Grape Tomatoes 1 pint red grape tomatoes 1-tablespoon extra virgin olive oil ¼ teaspoon salt 1/8-teaspoon black pepper Wash and cut off ends (if desired) of tomatoes. Place in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix gently until coated. Put into flat casserole dish where they are all in one layer. Bake 10-15 minutes (at 400 degrees), until beginning to split. Also good w/a little fresh parmesean grated over them . |

I soon rather have swiss cheese not olive oil but butter, u just as might as well make johnny marzetti and add whatever cheese.........THere and TX Toast 2 boot. |
