In 2007, the 'artist' Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took a dog from the street, tied him to a rope in an art gallery, and starved him to death.

For several days, the 'artist' and the visitors of the exhibition have watched emotionless the shameful 'masterpiece' based on the dog's agony, until eventually he died.

The prestigious Visual Arts Biennial of the Central American decided that the 'installation' was actually art, so that Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his cruel action for the biennial of 2008.

actually i just went over there
and although i was able to get in to the site ,
there are errors within the site
and i wasn't able to post my petition...

i got right to the preview petition part
and then there was an error and it didn't get sent ..

It's difficult to say anymore. After my mom used to send me bunches of "email viruses" and "missing children" reports, I started checking around to see how real these things were before I passed them on. I found http://www.snopes.com to be a reliable source so far, so I do I keyword search before I share it with others. Usually saves a lot of time and internet spam.
