You know he well if he is your best friend, would get get mad and defensive ... take her side and ruin your friendship... would he want you to tell him that, and if you didn't and he found out you knew would that ruin your friendship... weight all options, but for me honesty is the best policy. You can also confront her and tell her that she was 2 weeks to tell him about her infidelity and then tell him in 2 weeks if she hasn't.
