You know it's very evil, right? Slashing prices.... So much space. It's... a nightmare. I don't really mind the idea (I mean, if the public really cared about those working for four M&Ms a day to make them a shirt Wal-Mart would have closed a long time ago) of Wal-Mart--but what is with the family reunions that take place in the middle of damn near every aisle I need to travel. And then when I rudely attempt to navigate through the maze of kids and adults I'm glared at like I've just wandered in to the middle of their living room. I don't know--it's just odd. -Drew |

 Target. Everyone is so much nicer! I worked for walmart for a bit. When my 13 month old son was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia I was told, you don't show up you don't have a job. I told them where to put it

You know it's very evil, right? Slashing prices.... So much space. It's... a nightmare. I bought some cheap $10 speakers from them the other day... pretty decent for $10! I love their return policy, it's so easy to return something, you don't even need a receipt. It's not all that bad, I would never work for them though. i bought a movie for my son about 2yrs ago for xmas or it was his birthday. and when he open it, there was no movie in the box. so i went to return it and of course i didnt have a recipt and they wouldnt give me my money back. so i went else where and bought another movie I once bough one of those seasonal pools form Wal-mart, used it for a few months, cleaned it up, and took it back and got my money back. I used the money to move out of state.

did you hear about the woman that had the car accident that left her completly disabled mentally. Her family sued the other driver and got like 800,000 bucks and walmart sued her and her family to get the money back they paid for her medical bills. Plus rite after her accident her only son died in Iraq. He hubbs had to divorce her so she could get more money in diability. Wal-mart sucks!!!!!! Did you also hear about the part where she agreed to pay the money for all the disability she recieve back to walmart. Get the whole story not just the bits and pieces that make you go huh?

I told them where to put it your child is worth more than any other ''f'' job. as you always can get another job.. it seem that the manager or even the store has no heart and that just proves it all together |

I actually have a fear of Wal Mart. If I go in there I have like... a full fledged panic attack. Don't really know why but I get a lot of slack about it. I know that it's because there must be evil in there... probably in the produce department. |

Welcome to Walmart, get your sh!t & get out!!!! But 1st let me look in that bag... got your receipt? I NEVER stop when they ask me to. They can't make me. I did just spend money and don't want to be deemed a theif.

ok seriously.. i go through this about once every 3 weeks....
i dont go on here saying how much your workplace sucks do i?? NO so please show the same respect for me!!! i work for wal~mart. and seing that my ex doesnt feel the need to help support his kids,my income at walmart is the sole providing money that supports my kids! the community that i live in really likes my walmart, and the associates at my particular store enjoy their jobs because we treat them with respect! walmart as a company pays higher wages comparetively than any other retailer in the country (do some research) and also wal~mart was the first retialer to offer our part time associates health iinsurance benifits!!! now please drop it!! you know you like to save the money, and if you dont shop there.. heres an idea.. try posting a posative thread about the place where you do shop!! thank you |

hey now is walmart that bad? i constantly hear complaints from former employees but i enjoyed working there.the pay was alright,i had good stock and the health benefits were good.i only quit due to health reasons |

You are taking this too personal. Every wal-mart is different as far as how they treat people. I'm sure the one in your town is awesome. But people do have the right to discuss how they feel about wal-mart. Here in my town, the wal-mart is fine (except the pharmacy ) But I go 30 miles south in birmingham and the wal-mart is horrible. Everyone has different experiances and has the right to voice their opinion, even if it's one we don't agree with.

Im very proud. What is made in America? Even with a made in America sticker there is at least 3 componets that are made from a diffrent country because its cheaper. We poison our own water, dirt, and aireveryday. Can we blame other countries? Would the parents have bought the same toy that was made in America? No because it cost more. Yes they screwed up, but women use to use a lead powder for face makeup in 1800's, they just didnt know better. |

I don't blame any country except our own, and the rich corporate assholes that don't give to craps about us little people. It's all about money, and I shop at natural and organic stores, like whole foods. I buy nothing from Wal-mart or any other corporate monster.
