PLEASE!!!!! dont take any chances! I've been there done that....its not a good thing. lets think about this, why would he walk into starbuck and leave his sunglasses on, and NOT take them off until AFTER he ordered?? |

restraining orders have to be renewed every year in most states. There has to be a level of discretion when trying to enforce one too IMO. Perhaps a simple reminder to stay away would be enough, but if not you can try and enforce the order or just get another one, they give them out like potato chips.

James In Ohio at least it is 7 years. All you can do is make a report. They won't take him to jail if he didn't harrass you. (physically or verbally) He will be notified that he is not to enter your place of employment ever again, and if he does, you have to call right away so they catch him, but even then, they don't do much...TRUST ME. |
