what do you do with the gifts/mementos your ex gave you? Simple, I trashed mine!

Depends. Store them away, use them, destroy them. Whatever makes you feel better..... I have done all three.

If it's jewelry...I'd pawn them (depending on how often I wear them or if I "really" like them).

I take mine out for some target practice. Nothing makes some gawd-awful sweaters and t-shirts go to crap more quickly than a number of 45-caliber rounds placed within a five-inch group.

I kept mine for a while and then got rid of them. That is actually when I knew I was done grieving because I could get rid of them with no qualms.

Funny you asked I boxed them up and sent them to his cousin whom he loves alot. Now he can look at them and remember, not me!

That was a tough one, I rented a storage unit and lot of mementos are in there saved for my daughter..WHen she gets older I will let her choose what to keep and what to pitch
