one of favorites to make.i'm cooking them today.very easy recipe.use la choy sauce ,stir fry seasoning,chicken,bean sprouts,shredded carrots,cabbage,egg roll wrappers and oil.1st cook cut up chicken season it put it aside.cook cut up veggies in pan and add lachoy sauce after veggies are cooked add chicken.you then roll up in wrapper.fry in oil .drain as much oil as you can after egg roll is cooked.enjoy

I had some already frozen not to long ago and did not even need any sauce to dunk em in cause they were so tasty and full of flavor!!

thats the only thing that bugs me kirt.they don't sell the authetic tasting sauce at the grocery store.the chinese restraunts don't like to sell it either.i have even thought of bottling the sauce and selling it at the store.its a great idea because as you said they sell frozen egg rolls at the grocery store
