My ex called me this morning. I thought, ok, something happened. Ya know? Well, I answered the phone only to hear him say Happy Anniversary! I'm like what?! He says, oh todays our wedding anniversary! WTH? I told him, Wow! You remembered! It took 14 years of Marriage and two years of being legally seperated but you finally remembered!grumble So I asked him since he was starting to remember things if he would remember to sign the divorce papers! He hung up. Go figure!noway grumble

yep... well, i admit it was really witchy of me. I felt I had reason though. He left over two years ago for my best friend (the age old story ) we were bitter. we fought like crazy. Then a bit over a year ago he decides he wants to start over... I agreed, then he ended it again because I still dont know why, and now he's trying to start his drama again. So, I figure its time to nip it in the bud..

Kinda like fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.... he's not getting a third try.

Why are men like this. I have someone in my life who is the same way. What makes them think they are that special that they can do things like that to us. Grrrrrr. How can they do something to us they know will cause great pain.

Anyway, good for you for nipping it in the bud. drinker

No, I know all men arent like that. There are alot of good men out there. It took me a while to realize that. It just seems that whenever things start to look up for someone the ex always tries to confuse the situation. I've decided its not going to happen anymore. We're friends and thats it.
I've been talking to someone that's a fantastic person. And I look forward to getting to know him better. I refuse to allow someone else to put a kink in it.

I just needed to rant a bit. lol.. flowerforyou

Good for you!

Way to stand up for you!

I love it when us women can give to the men what they give to us.

They treat us like yo-yo's....throw us out and then string us back in when it is convenient for them or no one else will put up with their ****! The grass is NEVER greener on the other side.

Because we let them. We hurt and can't get over it as fast as they do. So when they want to come back we let them. Thinking this time it is going to be different. The cycle starts all over.

Not to gender bash, but some women treat men the same way. I have known a few that do it

And we can only be treated like yo-yos if we let them do it to us

yes, it does work both ways. There are men and women out there that play that game. It's not fair and it's a pretty rotten thing to do.
There's a saying......... What goes around comes around. I think it holds very true.

True dat! I apologize; I read the opening post and laughed my butt off. You cut the string on that yo-yo. You took your power back.
