Woman clearly more effective at feelings, without doubt. But motivations??? Hmmm, don't see that as gender bias near as much...I think motivations are equal.

Both and neither.... We don't understand what men say and they don't understand what we say. It's like the movie "White men can't jump" "When I tell you I'm thirsty, I don't want you to get me a glass of water, I want you to tell me 'I too understand what it is to thirst'" If everyone just said what they meant and meant what they said... It would be niceville... and I don't want that either...

I've always had a very very VERY hard time expressing any emotion whatsoever, which is why I turned to music. If I weren't a musician everyone would think I'm a robot, lol.

I'm very passionate, I'm not always expressive though.
