I have been seeing this girl for a month and the other night we were at he rplace watching a movie when the phone rings and she tells me I need to go because her husband is coming over.. now I knew she was in the process of a divorce and she has her own place but what is hte big deal in him knowing about me?

If they aren't technically finalized with the divorce yet I don't believe they are supposed to be seeing other people? shrug or I could be way off... I agree with Swepea though...red flag for sure.

If she is "in the process" of getting a divorce then she is still legally married. So, dating is still a no-no....
