So.. you pretty much did the automobile equivalent of keeping the steering wheel and pulling a new car under it?

For anyone who has bought a new E machine within the last 5 years or so... It is a good idea to make sure that it does not have a Bestec 250 power supply in it. If it does? It will very possibly blow a capacitor right off the mainboard in the power supply, while sending a surge to your motherboard... Which will render the control chip completely useless.
Sometimes it also will effect the processor and/or ram too.

Lilith bought a new emachine, for around 250.00 ~ I think... It has the 300 watt supply in it.

Nope.. Not nuff said..
It is not a mini atx.. It is an atx.
It is also not a prosavage chipset.

It is not compatible with any other thing she has... She would have to buy a processor, case, memory... Well. a whole new computer....

I'm thinking.. That is not what she is trying to do here.
