I'll still occasionally dabble with Spam. It's fun when various chefs make these uber-fancy Spago-esque dishes with the stuff, too- they look like high-dollar meals, but they're just done with Spam.

I love spam. Fried spam sandwiches are great. The biggest upside is it has a longer shelf life than moses did
