Here is a recipe for all you Spam lovers!
Spam Cheesecake Ingredients 1 cup crushed croûtons 3 tablespoons margarine, melted 1 envelope unflavored gelatin ½ cup cold water 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM Low Sodium ¼ cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons chopped pimento 2 tablespoons grated onion 1 tablespoon yellow mustard Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine croûtons and margarine. Press into bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Soften gelatin in water and stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and SPAM with mixer until blended. Add gelatin and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust and chill for 20 minutes in freezer. Remove rim of pan. Serve with crackers. Serves 16. |

I have never actually tried it, but it has always been interesting to me. Then again we do not have Spam out here.
