i find myself the thing with the most preservatives, cause that's what our government tells us to eat, so it's so very safe, i know, so unbelievably good, and good for you....ooohhhh, mmm-mmmm!!!!! wonderful stuff!!!! laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh

I never do. I could eat 50,000 calories a day and never gain a pound. *quickly runs away to avoid thrown objects by the jealous mob*

sometimes I do... and then sometimes i'm like.. nope, don't look because then you'll feel guilty about eating it anyway! laugh

Not me... I eat whatever I want and stay between 135 and 150... 150 during the holidays.. I tend to gorge on turkey and 135 in the summer cus I spend so much time shoveling horse sh*t at at the Farn in exchange to board my horse...

No caloriw counts on fresh fruits and vegetables...and I do not have to worry about cholesteral levels either :wink:
