So I'm on this local server that only has a smattering of local people. I'm going along and doing like most people I've ever played with for the 3+ years I've played. I keep a portion of my alts name the same. To save confusion. So I find out that this is a big joke to everyone on the server and they keep talking about making an alliance alt with my name key to go and kill people. Found out about it the other day. So I'm a bit miffed at my so called friends. Am I being too sensitive? Maybe I ought to just go back to the regular servers where the normal WoW patterns and habits are more understood?

That's funny you post about WoW, I was reading an article in the paper today about D&D, and how games like WoW have taken ideas from D&D it was kinda interesting. I'm not into any of that, but it was a good article, it was about how D&D is trying to stay a face-to-face game, but wants to go online as well. |

Pencil and paper is just not as fun. Can't take LARPing seriously. Mostly cause of the LARPers in this town. Have made it into a joke. WoW can be fun, if you don't get addicted to it. I know there are WoW people on here. There have been a few threads regarding various WoW topics.

I would be pissed if I were you too. I'd say just go back to the regular servers.

For those who didn't get it, real time friends that I have been running in game with have been making fun of me for over a month for standard WoW patterns. It has quite ruined the fun of playing with people I actually know. So I'm trying to decide if I should just start paying 15$ a month again and go play with people who are actually familiar with the game, the language, the patterns, and pretty much everything.
