In my nightmares is where they live
I've kept them there for so long
I'm not sure if I can live if I let them out
Those deep dark secrets
Those demons
Bit by bit
Piece by piece
I've go no choice now
I've gotta let em out
They've been killin me all this time
Now I've got them in hand
I'm lettin em out
Through written and spoken words
And I see now that they are not so scary
They are not so deep and dark
Hidden away so long
Only made them that way
The nightmares come less and less
The shell that once was me
Cracked and broken
Becoming whole
Repairing the damage done..

demons inside
seem so real
big and powerful
crushing and strong
then the day comes
when in your minds eye you see
the only power they have
is what i give them over me

Dreams only have the power you give them. But it is so real when you are
in them...

The power to overcome the nightmares...that takes courage.
And CCP...you are full of courage, embrace it...face it...
and the nightmares will go away...
Love conquers all!

nightmares are the past,
trying to remind you of a pain you need to heal from...
while inside that bad dream,
remember all of the people who love you,
and your nightmare will go away...when you release that pain...

Nightmares no longer have that hold on you
for now the daydreams have taken over.

Yes, finally someone who knows exactly how I feel.

I have let go of alot of them still a few more to let go of, and it
comes in time and I am working very hard to get past them all. No more
will I cower from them no more will I allow them to control me, I am
becoming whole day by day. Thank you all for the words of encouragement.
