ad infinitum but does anyone know if the Mutual Match thing really works. Here is how I think it works.

You click on the Search tab > then Mutual Match >
then click the Find Matches Now Button on the left.
They run a stream of people by you and you click yes, no, or maybe. If you have clicked no they should have put that one in file 13, maybe and they will send it by you again. Click yes and they then run you by that person and if that person gives you a high five, i.e a yes you have a Mutual Match and their profile will show up under your Mutual Match bar.

But I think the thing has a bug or lots of bugs. There is one person whom I would be very interested in because she is actually nearby. I have emailed her and got no response yet she has reappeared in my Mutual Match file three more times. So what gives? BTW I am not a computer novice. I have been using what amounts to the Internet since 1967 when it was a network for the military only. The people who program JSH need to get up to speed.

maybe since you emailed her and she didn't reply she's not interested? mutual match never works for me

But then who put her back on to me again. It was weeks ago when I emailed and she has reappeared twice this week, at least once last week. Strange. Are one of you guys doing an April Fool hack on me?

Beleive it or not it is not the programme
That has happened to me too.
Worse she has already set criterion not to receive mail from certain category which blocks me but 3 times I have removed her from my mutual match and she appears hoping to get mail
I think this is what happens
As these people start arriving to their sell by date like most of us in our age group !!!! that includes me too, they sort of need to reassure themselves that they still have a pull factor and hence collect Emails etc to satisfy themselves. I have a written confession from a lady to that effect. So don't panic keep digging
