my dad told me to tell the cops he's harrassing me, cuz of how things were the last time we talked...and get a restraining order, but i dont wanna go that far

My ex did the same thing for 6 months after we divorced.. I finally found him a new girlfriend and now he leaves me alone unless hes pickin up or daughter!!!

If you want him gone then just ignore him. Bringing the cops into this would make the situation uglier than it needs to be. Granted, this is providing there are no threats coming from him. Then the police won't really do anything about it. You can make out a police report for harassment, in case it goes any further, but unless he threatens you there's nothing they can really do.

i know what ur going through.I have been divorced 9 yrs and my ex still wishes we would get back together and i have called him everything but a white boy and have explained many many times it is OVER! we have kids so, it is hard to just ignore him..
