How do I get abobe flash on my computer? Everytime I try to download it, it never works...and I have tried some of the troubleshooting with no luck. If anybody can help me step by step I would be forever grateful.

Hi I have been there:)
One thing you can do is really stop and read the download directions slowy from the page you are downloading it from. I know it sounds silly but I found a lot of times I am just not following the right directions Good Luck |

Well, what kind of messages/errors do you get when you try installing? Whats your browser and OS? When I try downloading it, it reads "after installation, you will see a movie"...but I don't see the movie...it's a blank box with a red X in the left upper corner. |

ok check this setting. go Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Custom Level. There should be a list of radio buttons. Under ActiveX Controls and plug-ins, there's an option "Download signed ActiveX controls"; this should be set to 'prompt'. Below that is one for unsigned, this should be disabled. Both are recomended settings.
Also to narrow down the issue, if you have the google tool bar checked as a part of the install, uncheck it. |
