Have been thinking about doing a social group in SC. A get together once a quarter at first maybe to see how things go. A way for people to meet and talk in a easy going setting. Would this be an interest to others?

thinking about maybe doing it as a rotating location so it is closer to different people at different times so it is fair. Maybe Columbia one time, next time in Myrtle Beach then maybe Greenville or something like that. Am open to ideas.

Living in upstate SC, I wouldn't travel to the other side of the state even to meet some friends. Sounds mean, I know, but MB is like 4 hours away, Columbia about 3. Not a fun drive.

Well, that's close to Spartanburg, and I've made that trek quite a few times. That's a possibility

i like the idea but since i am 52 think that it would be cool to have an older and younger meet/different hours different agendas and if people were friends of all ages no hard and fast rules.... but i would hate to show up and be one of few older (couger) i am brand new here so have no friend base...so my opinion is still being formed......i am off the wall so i say go camping and take over the campground
