It was the great tour of britain in 1984 that made manowar say screw america...The european fans were more into true heavy metal..where as america had poor californians such as exodus and metallica trying to earn a buck under the shadows of airwave stormers such as wham and boy george...proving without a doubt..at that time in america it was about look and not sound. |
