I had a pretty good buzz going lastnight, and didnt crash till after 3. Woke up at 4:45, and went into the store. Day was excruciatingly BUSY, and I just got back to my hotel. I am dead ass tired, and grateful for a day in which to work so much stress out. Anyone else find that hard work relieves stress?

i tend to find it keeps my mind off the stressful issues in my life..theres only been one sure fire way for me to relieves stress...that i've found so far.

Hard work, hard exercise, hard play even hard sex all relives stress for me. Some more than others but yes

Yup, especially intense physical labor. Prolly what we were all originally designed for in the beginning. I'm just guessing.

you know it does.. its ironic, my job is extremely high stress. but the stress of my job kills the stress of my home, and the stress of my home kills the stress of my job..lol
