A "spam-burger" is a burger made with "Spam", or "Spiced Ham". Spam was originally created back as a kind of meal for the military that sorta made its way to the consumer market. While a great many are repulsed by the gelatinous ooze and the pinkish-hue that is often a part of Spam, a great many others positively LOVE it. And it can be made into a great many different dishes, too. Would you eat a live octopus?

No unfortunately. Best I could do around here at this time of the year is thaw out some frozen ones. Frsh ones from either Cali or Florida are usually here in this area around May 1st.

I can`t wait either till ours up here opens up. Ain`t nothing like fresh green beans and fresh red potato` s cooked together with some smoked sausage,fresh green pepper, and fresh onion....Geeze, I just ate and I`m makin myself hungry. Does the above dish sound good to you ?
