Yes I probably should wait and train for a year .
If I feel confident enough to enter the competition in 6 months then I will, if not then I keep on training .

I don't expect to win it . Hell I bet I don't make the top ten in the novice division I am thinking about entering to test myself to give my self a challenge and a goal .

Well in all honesty no not really . I have used weights before
but my body has done nothing but hard labor from construction work for the last 20 years. '

I am thinking of entering a strongman competition in 6 months .I have never entered one before .
I would like to hear feed back pro or con .
I am 51 and would like to hear from people close to my age who have or thinking about entering something similar events .
The events in the competition are:
Car Carry
Harness truck pull
Atlas Stone
Tire flip
Conan's Wheel
Log press
What type of exercise should I do to prepare for each event

Thank you dcastelmissy for some reason the year generator would not go to 1964 it would stop at 1970 so I had to go with that in the general info and I put my real age and birth year in my description.

I got this thing about a powerball lottery from mingle2 from an agent John Harvey He sent it to me through my yahoo messenger I know it is fake I would think mingle 2 if they did have a lottery would message me through my account with them anybody else get this
