At least he has good drs. that take good care of him.
I just hate it he has to go threw all of this is all. I know its just routine to you but I still hate that he and you have to go threw it.
I hope you get good news on your dr.s appts. I can imagine, I was always glad when school started too.
It sounds to me like you are excited about the new school year starting Nicole...
Most definitely. Its been a rough summer with seizures, the ER visits and he has 5 doctor appts this month. The new school year will be a welcome thing.
Its funny how all of these appts are 'routine' to us but seem huge to other people. Christopher is seeing his kidney doc, his orthapedic surgeon, his neurologist for the seizures, his supports coordinator for his programs, and he saw the guy who did measurements for his new wheelchair for school. What fun. Oh I'd love for him to not deal with all of this nonsense, but thankfully all of his doctors are great. |

Oh Nicole , I am so sorry to hear this. Give (((Christopher))) a BIG hug for me. I hope they find out what is causing this.
(((Nicole))) Sorry you had such a hard week. Is Christopher ok now? I hope you don't have to do the ER forever again.
Happy Friday everyone. Man, what an exhausting week, so glad we are done with the hospital ER visits. Hopefully we won't have to do that again for a LONG time!!! Have a great weekend all!
Hi Linda. We aren't sure exactly what's wrong with Christopher. He is limping really bad on his left leg. As soon as he starts to walk you can just see the pain on his face. They did xrays and lots of lab work. The only thing they are finding is it is muscle related but NO clue what muscle it is. Its frustrating. Well they sent us home from the ER with, 'keep him home til he feels better and come back if its not better soon.' Gotta love that diagnosis. Thankfully it did give us some down time last week, it felt good to be home and not have to do much for a few days. Back to reality today. He was VERY happy to see the school bus this morning. Seems happier this evening. |
