I prefer women that are mid to late 30s they in general seem to be much more mature and financially savvy than women in their 20s. As a mid 40s guy Its tough to find attractive women in their 40s at least from my location. Smoking destroys and makes women age poorly so non smoker it might be possible or light smokers

I would say for many guys unless they are pushing mid 60s its not true. As far as cardio goes a lot of young people tend to be just as out of shape or worse than older people. People can never seem to keep up with me on the treadmill and Im mid 40s but there are always some exceptions where you have young guys/girls that are fast as hell.
