some areas showed signs of those pesky raindrops banning together, but this ol' bulldog knows when to stay on the porch. the whole city has low lying areas that could use some drainage improvement. (flood gauge at 10 feet) 
That sure is a drop or two!! Love the sign, 10feet of water......no walking. Ya sure? Not even a few steps?
