so...I made the pot roast yesterday...came out awful, like an old boot...I made fun of basha when she posted about making a pot roast and good old karma got me good...

but maybe it was the wrong cut of meat? sorry to hear bout the boot.

I had a late lunch.. Huge spinach salad with tons of celery, leftover grilled chicken thrown in for good measure... Drizzled in a soy ginger salad dressing...

Now that the kid has left... Sushi some time this week...

since today has been filled with some truly unexpected wonderful things...i'm treating myself to sushi lunch...rib-eyes on deck if dinner becomes necessary...BAM!
wish I could join you for the rib-eyes!

I will be grillin my own (they was awn sale) along with a mess of pork loin, and chicken for the ol freezer so I doesnt hafta cook this week...much.
