Did you know.... - part 2

did you know i just cut the grass and weeded the garden and sprayed the hydrangeas for some sort of crabbiness. did you know Ive just been noticing some smatherings of color in the trees here too. did you know I love fletas birdy. Did you know I did cut the grass on the rider? Woo hoo! What a ride!  ;
Did you know I found a darned hole under the roof from a pecking woodpecker from only the last week? I didn't know they could strew so much insulation around down to the ground. Does anybody know how to get a wood pecker bird out of roof space before I seal it up?

you gotta get one of those negotiators to talk him down...if that doesn't work, we smoke'em out...what ever the answer is, just make sure that you do not attempt to go up there and do this yourself!! that would surely end badly...
I know, I'm not supposed to go on ladders. He might pecker my eye out!!!

speaking of tomatoes, I have a bunch o green ones still hangin round on the vine. is it time to pick off the remaining tomatoes or will they ev.er.fork.in.ripen. Our family discoved mock apple pie made with green tomatoes. You have to peel the skins first. Add a little more corn starch or flour due to the juiciness of them. Can ripen green tomatoes slowly on a basement or crawl space floor where cool, into the fall and early winter. Place green tomatoes on top of newspaper and covered with newspaper as well. Check and roll often. 
I had bacon for supper.

I am wonderful. I do and say the right thing everytime so there is no need to lie...this type of moral character isn't for everyone, a level achieved by only a few of us...but at night when I lay down to go to sleep and quietly reflect on my day I know all those I came in contact with over the course of the day are better for it....weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

probly sirloin on the grille with lots of salt cuz thats how I do. hmmmm side dishes are tuff to come up with. ooo. I have leftover pasta shells and I could mix em up in corn salad. I probly like corn salad too much. boy wont eat sweet pataties. maybe just a salad with my home grown tomatoes. speaking of tomatoes, I have a bunch o green ones still hangin round on the vine. is it time to pick off the remaining tomatoes or will they ev.er.fork.in.ripen. fried green tomatoes.... the tomatoes sliced with cuccumbers and Italian dressing...i'll have that please... ...oh...you know I picked up sushi...i'm on a sushi binge...weeeeeeeeeeeeee!! |

In general men still want to do the hunting and conquering. Quite often if you ignore these things, the relationship will go awry at some point. Been there myself, a male mate told me the same thing, and read it properly explained in a book on psychology & relationships. So based on all that, I will not chase after a bloke anymore, I want to be properly wooed. Of course I will give signals that I like him, but he's gotta make the first move. And yes, has an awful lot to do with masculine and feminine energy. I think my most obvious observation then is that sometimes subtlety is good but as someone said, things are a changing and guys are less and less inclined towards always making the first move because of the way some girls reject them! It seems that neither sex is doing the other any favours in this department? Personally, Im not comfortable using masculine energy in a relationship. That means I will only be interested in the men who are comfortable using it. Not to say I never use masculine energy, just that I want a man who likes to use his own more. ...and its not about the first move. As another said, feminine energy is just a more subtle 'move'. I take on board what you are saying, madam butterfly x Please give up some of your subtle tactics so that I might actually have a chance out there some time cos all I get is looks, plenty of them but as was discussing with a mate...I can't seem to understand whether they are a 'what you waiting for?' or piss off granddad? with you there bro... |
